Project H2O is the foundation of Kingdom Ventures, founded in 2021 with a mission to provide clean and living water to remote villages in the Peruvian Amazon. Our dream is to reach every village between Iquitos, Peru, and the borders of Colombia and Brazil, addressing the urgent need to end the epidemic of waterborne diseases in these underserved areas and to share the hope that we have found through a personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
Meet the Founders
Pastors James & Crystal Grayson
James and Crystal Grayson are the heart behind Kingdom Ventures International, a ministry dedicated to bringing the hope of Jesus and the gift of clean water to remote communities in the Peruvian Amazon. With a deep love for people and a passion for the gospel, they lead a growing team of missionaries working to meet both spiritual and physical needs in some of the most unreached parts of the world.James serves as President of the organization, overseeing vision, leadership, donor development, and on-the-ground strategy.
With decades of ministry and leadership experience, he is passionate about mobilizing others to serve, share, and go. Whether he’s teaching the Word, training leaders, or helping carry water filters into jungle communities, James leads with humility, courage, and a servant’s heart.
Crystal, a dedicated missionary, grandmother, and encourager, serves alongside James in both spiritual and logistical capacities. She brings warmth, compassion, and care to the people they serve, often ministering through prayer, relationship-building, and discipleship among women and families. Her quiet strength and faithfulness are essential to the heartbeat of the ministry.
Together, the Graysons have raised a family, built a ministry, and followed the call of God into the Amazon basin—trusting Him to do what only He can through their obedience. Their lives reflect a simple but powerful truth: Jesus is worth it all.
Our Approach

Our journey begins with a thorough assessment of each village. We examine the number of homes, the population, and the existing sources of drinking water. This crucial step helps us tailor our outreach to the specific needs of each community.

Collaboration is at the heart of our mission. We partner with individuals, churches, and businesses that share our commitment to making a lasting impact. After consulting with village leaders, we develop a comprehensive plan to ensure the successful implementation of our clean and Living water initiative.

The cornerstone of our strategy is the distribution of Sawyer Point One Bucket Filters. These filters provide a reliable and sustainable solution for clean drinking water in every home. Our team returns to the village to distribute these filters, ensuring that the entire community gains access to this life-changing resource.

Empowering communities is a key aspect of our work. We conduct demonstrations on proper filter usage and maintenance, promoting long-term sustainability. Additionally, we take the opportunity to share a gospel presentation, bringing hope through a living relationship with Jesus Christ.

Our commitment extends beyond the initial outreach. Over the next two months, our dedicated team visits each home a minimum of three times. This follow-up process ensures that the filters are functioning effectively and are being cleaned regularly, guaranteeing the longevity of the filters. This also enables us to effectively minister to the needs of each family through prayer, and discipleship lessons.
